Best place in Des Moines/West Des Moines to shop in person or online for unique and meaningful gifts! Amy takes great pride in supporting other local businesses with the items available in her ship and gift packaging that is top-notch! Wonderful small business - buy a prepared box, or create your own box for any occasion. They will pack & decorate the box for you. You can also have them attach a card for you to sign, if you are picking up the gift. Their selection is always changing & they focus on purchasing items from other small businesses in town. Happy DSM will put a smile on the face of the person you are giving the gift to! 🙂

I have purchased many goodies from this adorable shop for myself (decor or paper goods), my kiddos (puzzles and other little cute things) and for gifts as well. The staff were very friendly and conversational during my visit. They also knew a lot about the products and made recommendations/told me about local items. Excellent Customer Service! I've ordered two of the college care packages for our son, who attends Drake University. I especially love the customized box, which allows me to select items that I know he'll enjoy. It's brightened his day (week) when he received them during stressful times. It's been a bit of a surprise for him, which I think is fun, too! They have been wonderful about delivering when we request it, and if I've had any questions, they've responded right away. What a gift, no pun intended, that Happy DSM is! Each semester, I have sent my college student the most adorable care packages from cheeky and gourmet to local goods and gift cards. Happy DSM has created the most interesting and unique care packages for Drake. They are hand-delivered and packaged to perfection, just as promised. My son has truly enjoyed the special surprises that I have sent from there! My only complaint? There isn’t one in Peoria where I could send one to my Bradley student. Ha! Thank you for all that you do. You are such an asset to the bulldog community!
