Terrible. I waited several months before receiving my package that came with my cap and gown as well as invitations. When I finally received them, I received the wrong items in my package as well as having the location of my schools graduation wrong on the invitations. Rather than sending the corrected invitations again, I had to wait another month and a half just to receive a separate set of small cards that say that there was an error and that the location of the graduation was changed rather than admitting to their mistake and sending the corrected invitation cards.

Would not recommend using Herf Jones for any graduation needs. I dealt with Amanda from the Waco about a double charge. The charge was an fairly insignificant amount I was just calling to see if it had been handled since I hadn’t received any correspondence from them. I was immediately taken aback with how rude and unprofessional Amanda is. When working in customer service simple phone etiquette goes along way.

Called to get assistance with replacing my son's ring because the number for Round Rock only rings then disconnects. Amanda in this office was rude and didn't offer any assistance kept saying when she calls it works. ? just want to replace my son's ring!!!

We ordered my sons class ring when we ordered his cap, gown and invitations. The order for the ring was never placed. When they finally did place the order at the end of March, we were assured he would have his ring mid April. I was given the run around the entire month of April and told it would be in next week for three weeks. I contacted them on May 4th and was told the ring was in Round Rock and they would call me Monday the 7th when it reached their store. I had to call back on Thursday and was again told the ring was in Round Rock. Only when I told the woman here in Waco I was calling Round Rock, did she attempt to do anything. While on the phone with Round Rock, I received a call from the manager of the Waco store to tell me my son's ring "just came through the door" I sent my daughter to pick up the ring because I was so livid there is no way I could have been nice at this point. My son did not get to take his Senior Pictures with his ring, nor did he get to wear it through out his senior year. He didn't have it for Prom and I honestly believe that if I hadn't raised such a ruckus, he wouldn't have had it for graduation. I still have one child who has to graduate high school and there is NO way I will trust Herff Jones with any of her items. I will order everything she needs from another source. I was lied to, put off, and patronized by this company and I didn't appreciate it one bit. When I emailed the supervisor, she didn't even bother to respond to my email. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Still waiting for 2 rings for 4 months. The only contact is if I make it. They don’t respond to emails. You’re better off ordering from someone else. I am disgusted with the unprofessional service I have gotten. I have paid for 4 senior rings through them and the last 2 have been an absolute nightmare.
