5 stars for people to see. Would rate zero stars ?
Went in for a screen fixing. Went in multiple times the next 3 days due to the screen lifting and clicking and the phone said FACIAL RECOGNITION IS BROKE.
They offer me the least popular model replacement phone. A week later the new phone had screen problems. $90 WASTED just to have to pay it again. Save your money and your time !

Sam is an absolute Godsend. He's not only a professional at what he does! But he was very kind, straight forward, patient and didn't try to keep me in the store trying to up sale me things I didn't need. He didn't have the charging port we needed to fix my phone. But he was able to order it. The item arrived at this shop quickly and I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes time! He also explained to me thoroughly what he was doing when he was taking the phone apart. It was quite fascinating! Verizon told me I will need to buy a new phone or add a new line and number...but Sam saved me hundreds of dollars and got my phone working again for a fraction of the price! He is seriously the best cell phone repair man that came to Chino Hills. Highly highly recommend! Thanks again Sam!!!

The gentleman named Sam helped me out and n a pinch with my screen being broken, he was able to fix it in 10 minutes and it was cheap. He also gave a protective screen for my phone as well for free!! Can’t be more happy!!
