This place is terrible. It’s just too small for the operations they take on. If you have to wait, there’s no place to park. You have to navigate around constant trucks which are backing up and turning around trying navigate this pathetic lot. 70%of the trailers here aren’t even moved during an average day. They just sit in the way taking up space. The trash trucks that dump cardboard end up blocking the lot because the tractor driver for IP doesn’t keep up with all the traffic.

All these issues could be fixed, if someone gave a darn. But they don’t - so this is the reality.

For pick up, pull onto scale, print yourself a ticket, pull off scale and find a place to park, if you can. Take the ticket to the office in the front of the building. They will then assign your dock. Load. Pull back onto scale, enter the exit code that was originally printed on your weigh in ticket. Weigh out, pull off scale and go back to office to get your papers.

As a driver, checked in and the young lady was very uniformed and when I sat for over two hours waiting to load while they loaded truck around me that arrived after I did. She didn't see anything wrong with that.. to her it was business as usual.

Nice enough people, but it's a scrap place that uses appointment times..... Which is a little strange. Just know they won't take you early for your appointment, even for a scrap pickup.

I was a little confused when I first came here because I didn't know if only paper could be recycled but I emailed them and they said plastic and metal can be recycled. I like what this place is doing good job.
