I just had the most amazing piercing experience with Jack here at Iris! Jack was so professional, skilled, informative, patient, and downright awesome. Jack did such a phenomenal job...I've had a plethora of piercings and this was, by far, the best experience I've had. Perfect placement, practically painless, and the best part was I didn't feel ANY pain when the post itself was inserted which is always the part I hate the most. I live several hours away but wanted to go to an APP piercer and it was so worth it. I will happily make the trip when I'm ready for a new piercing. Also, they carry Pupil Hall which is so exciting as I've never found anywhere other than online that carries that brand so it was so nice to see the pieces in person. Jack was more than happy to compare pieces and prices with me which made the experience even more enjoyable. HIIIGHLY recommend this shop and Jack! (In the picture I included, the flat was done here at Iris.) Thanks again Jack!

I’ve had three different piercing secessions with IRIS over the past few years. They are always extremely professional and informative. Their jewelry is gorgeous. Definitely some pricey pieces, but there are a range of styles and prices. Jack did my most recent piercing and they are great. Will continue to come back for all my piercing needs.

Jack did my piercing today, and they were fantastic! Incredibly professional and kind, asked for consent at every single step, listened to my concerns and opinions about price, style, and placement, and was incredibly accommodating. I felt very comfortable and genuinely enjoyed my time speaking with them. The parlor was very clean and the jewelry options are beautiful. Could not recommend this place more! A most excellent adventure in piercing. Excellent customer service with fantastic communication the entire time. Jack made me feel welcome, put me at ease, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, didn't rush the process, and for the time that they were doing the three piercings I felt like I was the most important thing they had going on. As far as piercings go it was affordable and clean and all equipment was sterile, everything you could want from a piercing shop. This is the place you want to make an appointment at and Jack is the piercer you want to make the appointment with.

Good experience getting basic earlobe piercings (both ears). Total cost was $155 pre tip, with jewelry making up $110 of that (I chose some of the cheaper jewelry). My piercer Danny was fantastic - very patient, friendly, and thorough. Would recommend.

By far the best piercing experience I've ever had. Portland has a lot of great piercing studios, but I have to say IRIS has a uniquely beautiful space with a wide variety of stunning jewelry and a phenomenal staff of kind and welcoming folks. Overall, I felt safe, welcome, not rushed, and had fun! IRIS would be the first spot I'd recommend to anyone looking to get pierced or just switch to gorgeous new jewelry.
