I purchased a pendant a couple weeks ago (about 4) and when i got home i noticed it had a crack in the front. I reached out and they supposedly fixed it however they only welded the top parts of the pendant on the back but the crack is still visible on BOTH sides. The owner claimed that that is how its fixed by just melting the edges closed. It looks worse than what it did. Dont buy from here there pieces are garbage.

This place is a lie I bought a silver necklace and a few days pass by and it was black I went back and they said to clean it it was dirty I told them I cleaned it many times and it just got darker I have other jewelry from other places and that's the only one that stayed black very rude I recommend to not spend a 1$ there If I could I would give them a negative.

Ali is the best. I found the perfect earrings for my wife! Highly recommend this place!
7 months later dimonds fell. I asked to fix and they declined. When I bought they were very eager to sell since their up and coming. Their very rude and don't care about customers. Ali is not the best sorry!

Very rude and possibly racist. I was looking at a ring. They were willing to work with me with the price but I decided not to get it. I am saving for a home and the ring did not have real diamonds. The manager came over and said, "Show me you are serious, I will give it to you for $150." I said, "No thank you but thank you for your time." He told the lady who was helping me, "I told you she was not serious." Then he started talking to her in their language very loud. I felt very disrespected and I'm so glad I did not buy anything from them. I would not recommend. I am from Chicago and our mall jewelry stores are more polite and professional.

Rip off people, bad quality Jewelery. I bought a ring with some stones all around it. I asked the owner if the stones will fall off, he assured me that they won’t because they are inside a groove and not glued. I bought the ring and wore it once, half of the stones (about 15 stones) fell off. I took it back to see if they will exchange it for me, the owner wanted to charge me $20 to exchange it with a lower quality ring. I ended up taking the defective ring back because he refused to do an even exchange.
This is a small kiosk close to Rainforest cafe inside Grapevine Mills Mall. Beware of this place.
