I highly recommend John's expertise on computer repair at J&J. Not only did he fix the known issue I had with my DELL laptop keyboard but he took the time and effort to fix other issues to further extend the life on my 6 year old laptop. I found J&J on the web after getting told by Best Buy Geek Squad that "there was nothing they could do for me and to buy a new laptop". Guess what? John fixed it all and beyond well below the price of a new one! John took the time to text me updates as well as photos. He also showed me everything when I went to pick it up. My laptop acts, runs, and feels brand new thanks to John! If you want your computer repair done right and for a reasonable price, call J&J. It is obvious John is passionate about his work and aims to please every customer.

Good prompt service and did a great job restoring my laptop that I dropped. I don’t think anyone else could have saved the SSD drive and data (the drive was even slightly damaged) . I am very impressed and would highly recommend.

Came in for a broken laptop hinge. John was very knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the repair process, and pricing was fair for what needed to be replaced. Would recommend for anyone with laptop and hardware issues!

My laptop suddenly stopped working.
I called several service shops to see if any had experience with the problem.
I was told the drive was probably toast and i would be lucky to get the data.
John was different. He said bring it over and he would look at it.
He got into the error logs, found the reasons for the problem, and identified other issues that could cause future problems.
He upgraded the main disk, recovered the data, and suggested ways i could prevent future problems.
John is the friendly, helpful expert I will call to solve my next computer problem.

I recently came across John and his business a few days ago due to needing repairs on one of my MacBooks being down. I personally had tried to fix the MacBook myself but was unable to do the repairs myself. John was able to do the repairs efficiently that I was unable to correct and also was able to identify other issues with it as well I was unaware of until he notified me what he had discovered. Took my gaming laptop here to upgrade some parts. John was able to quickly order and install a new the SSD and have it all set up. John is extremely professional and knowledgeable with computers, laptops and electronic components. He was able to explain processes down to the individual electronic components. I highly recommend this place and will be ask John to build a custom pc for me.
