I mistakenly ordered 2 yearbooks instead of 1 on 11/28. Today is 12-9, I have called everyday day since I made the order. Everyday (after waiting usually waiting 10-15 minutes to speak with someone), they can’t fix the problem and either tell me to call back the next day or they will call me back (they don’t call back). I also emailed their customer service in 11-28 and as of 9-9 they have not responded. This company has zero customer service.

Jolsten was the company my daughters school has providing Cap & Gown services. I placed my order in February, Jolsten made a delivery about 3 weeks later to the school without my daughters order. They offer no direct contact with the rep responsible for delivering the order, they do not deliver to your home, and they do not resolve issues via chat or 800 #. They want you to wait 2-3 days before they can give you an answer, which is unacceptable in my eyes. My daughter will be graduating in a little over a month and they have tried to blame the school even though they admitted it had not delivered upon the 1st deliver and were unsure why it had not arrived yesterday as expected. No one has answers and no one will call you back with anything but the blame game.
