We have been with this company for about eight years. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, offering high-quality products and top-notch service. Today, Alex came on site to fix a printing error we were experiencing. He arrived within 30 minutes of our call and greeted us with a huge smile. Wonderful company to work with. JQ Office is a family-owned and operated business and you can feel it when they are working with you. Jessica is wonderful to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. She will focus on getting the right product for anyone and if you are lucky, you might get some delicious baked goods out of the deal as well!! We've been doing business with JQ for over 5 plus years now and highly recommend them! When I'm almost out of toner I call and its delivered the next day! If I have technical difficulties I call and they have someone out in a timely manner to fix the problem! And then there is Jessica, their business solution consultant! Can't say enough good words about this lady! She's authentic and genuine and always goes above and beyond to help!

We've been paying for a copier machine for 5 years. The lease is up, and now JQ Office is going to charge us $890 so that we can return the copier - that we've paid close to $16,000 for over the past 5 years. Shady company. Would not reccomend.
