Terrible service, short staffed and rushed. I paid for the platinum package, nothing was done to the car. They just put some type of shinny oil in the interior to make it look like something, it looks oily and dirty. Very disappointed, not worth the price. Do not waste your time coming here.

Guys who cleaned my car stole one roll of quarters $10 worth. I had two rolls , they took one. I forgot to hide them. They though I wouldn’t notice it like I don't know what I keep in my car. That is just low. When I called them to let them know, the lady who answered the phone didn’t even seem concerned. She didn’t even apologized. I will never go that place again. It’s very unprofessional for her to talk like that to her costumers. Poor quality service, beyond poor, very very poor.

Do not be fooled by the first time car wash with these people if you catch them on a good day. The lady inside is not nice and loses her temper very easily.... tread lightly. The guys are constantly watching to see if you ever step into the tip jar if you don't they will do a poor job if you do they will scramble to complete the job not necessarily paying attention to details attention to detail is key because quite often I paid for a VIP service and received a regular car wash in which I had to remind them that I paid for more to be clean then they had done don't expect everything to be clean that is listed on their price list because they do not clean well and are not a tentative. So often we hear the term you get what you paid for it with this place as the exception to that rule meaning you literally get nothing for what you paid for

Disgusting manager (female)!! My car came out scratched after being picked up freshly painted from the mechanic. Wouldn't allow me to get a word in once I mentioned scratches. Wouldn't even talk, just started yelling! I had to ask her to stop yelling and hear me out several times. Refused to give a refund and blamed me for not seeing the scratches before the wash. There weren't any as it was freshly painted!!! DO NOT GO THERE! THERE ARE NUMEROUS OTHER CAR WASHES!

I just left the Car wash. These car are more thorough than some other car washes I have been too. I would've given 5 stars but the lady behind the counter ignored me at first then charged me more for the Red carpet wash. I pointed it out she changed it. The guys did a good job.

The worst car wash ever. Everything was poorly cleaned
The matts, rims, the whole backside was still dirty, did not vacuum properly. When I asked the lady to clean my vehicle properly she gave me the worst attitude after it was showing her that its was obviously not clean. Their definition of clean its not worth for them to have a CAR WASH
