Picked up couple truck from this place wait time are horrible and the drivers they have that pulls the truck are splashing rocks at my truck and keeps driving by check your trucks after you receive them from this place.

If you needed a word to describe this place it would definitely be toxic! The management there is terrible! There is zero accountability! If you get anything installed by them make sure you look it over with a fine tooth comb cause they ship and deliver trucks partially finished and a large majority of that place has damaged vehicles they deliver! Ray and Rob are useless and just play the blame game while the material manager just does everything but his job! All in all if they get a new management team things won’t be so bad. The only two people that do there job up there are Walt and Vines.

My insurance adjuster and I have been trying to get a hold of this company for a quote on a bed that is 2 years old, in search of a replacement. Three different outside sales reps have been contacted and we have received little to no information in a months time and now we are not getting any responses. I am very disappointed in Knapheide in their customer service and will not recommend them going forward. This is unacceptable.

The reasons why this location is slow to deliver the service the salesman promised is because of very poor management.
Rey has created a toxic work environment treating the employees poorly by using a bullying management style.They have a constant revolving door of employees that get verbally and mentally abused to show the employees that Rey has authority over them.
In the end,this defect is what the customer sees in the longest wait times and inferior products…
