Looking for a product that I knew you sold. Because I couldn't find it, I approached 2 sales people on floor who ignored me, yes they where busy stocking shelves. Asking lady at front of store who was not busy at time for help, she instead chose to help the customer behind me. Not a good look for this staff.

I have been coming to Kohl's to do my Amazon returns, and that's where I met Tara, she is a nice lady to talk to , and is knowledgeable on what she does. I shop my son's season clothes online and pick up at the store when possible, and now that the pick up rack has been moved upfront is so convenient. Thanks a bunch Kohls team for your efforts to make Kohls a pleasant place to shop🤗

Had an issue with kohls cash and an online order. Went in-store and dealt with Jackie and another male associate. Nothing but professional, pleasant, great customer service. Fixed the issue right away and it was really that simple.

Poor customer service from Haylei in the sephora department. Store was closing in 15 mins and she rushed me out, she was rude, did not smile once, and she didn't even ask if i was a beauty Insider just created a new account. I guess she was ready to be out of there, and was upset I was still there. Left kohls with a very bad experience.
