Update: following this post the company did contact me and made good. Received a refund. Although they also offered to ship the item we decided on the refund. They were apologetic and kept in contact regularly.

Purchased a bridal hair comb in person. Paid and then they noticed a bead missing. told them we were from out of country and need fixed right away. Took our contact info. Never heard back from them. Tried calling twice before we left the country, left messages, emailed twice from back home and tried contacting via social media. ZERO response. What a nice welcome to Edinburgh. Do NOT recommend. Never received the piece nor a refund.

Our wedding was 1920s-themed and when I saw the Kimberley Headband online I had to order it. This headband was the perfect accessory to my wedding dress and the theme. It was absolutely gorgeous! I felt so beautiful in it. Everything really tied in together.

Di walker helped me out so much during the entire process as my headband was stolen when it was first delivered. With the date being so close to my wedding, Di Walker came up with a quick solution to help me get another one on time. Here are some pictures to show you how gorgeous the headband looks!

Edinburgh doesn't lack for shops with more traditional styles of jewelry. Lily Luna has a more contemporary, but still elegant, style in its stock. I bought two keepsake necklaces last week to bring back with me from vacation. The staff member there was super helpful and also took the time to show us some points of interest in the city as well!! 🙂

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for helping me pick my wedding jewellery and hair accessories. I was in the shop probably about 7 times going back and forth about what to wear but you were so patient and helped me to pick a necklace, earrings and a hair clips that I loved. They looked amazing on the day and really complemented my outfit! I can’t thank you enough for all of the correspondence I had with you which was always friendly and amazing! Thanks again for allowing me to pay over the phone and having my items ready for me to quickly collect.
Also thank you for changing the chain on my necklace quickly and efficiently two days before my wedding. The shorter chain was much better and I loved seeing the jewellery and hair clips in photos.

I am getting married at the end of May 2018 and came across Lily Luna at a wedding show at the SECC in Glasgow. I chatted to Di about a headpiece at the time and she was very friendly and helpful. Once I got home I got in touch and Di offered to send me pictures which she did promptly. Based on the pictures I bought the headpiece over the phone and it was dispatched safely and quickly. More recently after my trial my hairdresser said my style would be better suited to a vine than hairband so I got in touch again. Di was understanding, patient and organised and took care of everything for me so all I needed to do was post it back and pay the small extra. I was so impressed with the service offered and I am in love with my headpiece. I would definitely recommend them for weddings.

I don't normally leave reviews but was compelled to do so in this instance. The piece of jewellery I bought was truly stunning, even more impressive in real life!

But the service was second to none. I misread the new year closing dates and needed the ring urgently and had paid for special delivery. The response I got from the staff was immediate and this is the best bit, they actually went over to Newcastle to post it there (as the Scottish post offices were closed) and so I received the ring in time. Truly truly grateful! Amazing shop with amazing people - 5 stars all the way!
