Great attitude and work ethic. Called this morning about getting some work done on my truck and they jumped at the opportunity. They worked with me on what I wanted and even went back to make it look better after they did what we agreed, to make the truck look right. I will come back to this location to get more work done in the future.

Line x came highly recommended to me by a few family members, from the start of my experience with them it has been less than satisfactory.
When I initially called over the phone for a quote, the sir I spoke with was pretty annoyed at my request.
I was convinced to come in for an in person quote. I was accompanied by my husband. When we were finally acknowledged, it was actually just my husband that was acknowledged, kind of odd.
I told Cody what I was looking for, he seemed very displeased to be working with me or on my project.
I asked for prices, was quoted roughly $700 but I couldn’t be given an exact.
Dropped off my vehicle per their request first of the week, had to have my husband drop off my vehicle because their hours were not correct online, did not get any sort of follow up from line x. When I asked my husband if they told him a price it was now $700-$800.
I get a call my Jeep is ready for pick up. Fantastic. I show up to the shop at 8:30am on Friday. Try the door at 8:35 - still locked. It’s 8:40 and someone just strolls in?

I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a female or if it’s because it was a Jeep project or what else but I’m sad that I chose to continue this project with this company.
