Ignacio, the owner went above and beyond and delivered my order earlier than initially expected. Placing the order online was seamless and Ignacio followed up with my online order in minutes. All of his correspondence was efficient and speedy. The foam core posters I ordered were perfectly printed and delivered to me packaged so there was no chance they’d be damaged in transit. I had a wonderful experience working with La Luz Printing. First, I called into the office and was greeted warmly. I had a lot of questions. I was shopping around town for business cards, banners, stickers etc. I was helped and when I asked if there was an office or a showroom that I could see a sample of the materials, I was invited to the offices right off Nakoma and 281.

Alejandra helped me, and she showed me all the different items. Everything looked super high quality and durable. She walked me through the many, many options for SWAG, T-shirts, stickers, buttons, and all the card options.

For now, I only ordered business cards. My business partner saw my cards, and she wants to place an order too!

I received my cards quickly. The owner, Ignacio, was very patient with me when I emailed him throughout the week to ensure they were going to be delivered on time.

Overall, this one one of the best purchasing experiences I have had with a printer. I have tried to work with other printers around town and they were rude, impatient and treated me like I was a nuisance for asking questions. If you want to have a great product, at a great price, and work with kind people, then La Luz is the place to print.

We use La Luz for our magnetic name badges. They are always professional, courteous, and prompt. They beat our competitors prices by more than a few dollars. They have a phenomenal turn around time as well. They respond quickly to emails. We are located in Odessa and it takes them only a few days to process and ship our order. we normally have it the same week. They have great customer service and we have never had any issues. I'm so happy with how quickly they got all of my products into production, I was honestly shocked that they were able to turn them out so quickly! I had to print stickers for a client and they quickly got them into production the same day! My original printer had some unexpected shipping problem and I contacted Ignacio to see if he can help me out before I catch my flight to SAT. Honestly, one of the best customer service I've ever experienced. By the time when I got off the plane, I received a notification that my prints were ready for pick up. The customer service is great - we had no problems but if we had I feel like La Luz would have addressed them immediately and professionally. They definitely respect their customers.
