If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Their professionalism and customer service are HORRIBLE. If you are looking to place an order with Mr. Spa Inc STAY AWAY and BEWARE.

I understand that we are living in a covid era and things may not come in a timely matter but when mistakes were made by Thai and his team there was NO APOLOGY insight, not once.

Placed an order for nail stations late June of 2022. We did not receive the stations until late September. Everything seemed to be going smoothly day of installation and delivery until Thai and his assistant dropped and cracked 1 of the marble counter tops. We were told it may take a month or two to receive a new table top. Day of delivery they forgot to bring the LED light attachments. Yes, I understand accidents happen, we have been extremely patience with Mr. Spa INC., fast forward, new marble slab got delivered UNCUT (we have table cut outs for ventilation). AGAIN we were left waiting for Thai and his team to cut and deliver our marble table top. No apology was ever given for their extreme unprofessionalism.

Not only did we put an order for the nail stations but we placed an order for a set of chairs for each station totaling 12 chairs to match our overall aesthic. We have no issues with the chairs that our staff sit in but had major issues with the chairs our clients sit in. Every time our clients sat down they would jerk back very to close to the ground along with the pump going down. The chairs are unstable and not sturdy so we addressed the concerns right away. The team only fixed two chairs the first time we addressed concerns….a week later the other 4 chairs started to decline. The second time someone was sent to fix 4 chairs but only fixed 1! We are not there to babysit the tech who came out, if you are sent to fix 4 why would you fix 1? Thai threaten to charge us a service fee if there was not an issue with the chairs as if we were lying about the chairs. It has been constant battle dealing with Thai he will not own up to his own companies faults. We also worked closely to Mi (receptionist) throughout this matter and she relayed the message that this set of chairs were not up to standards, if they are not up to standards WHY WOULD YOU SELL THEM TO YOUR CONSUMERS? Not only are these chairs faulty and unreliable they have no specifications, no labeling requirements, no warning labels? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. How are we the consumers suppose to ensure the safety of our clients when Mr Spa Inc. is selling products that are not up to standards.

Overall, the showroom is a showroom for a reason, you will get the short end of the stick when you order from Mr. Spa Inc. Save your money, time and energy ✌🏼

Wow, what an exceptional experience with Mr. SPA! I recently purchased three pedicure chairs for my salon, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the entire process. From initial consultation to delivery and installation, the service was top-notch and incredibly fast!

The quality of the pedicure chairs is superb, and my clients are loving the comfort and relaxation they provide. The chairs are sturdy, easy to clean, and the massage functions are amazing.

What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service from the Mr. SPA team. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless transaction.

I highly recommend Mr. SPA for any spa or salon equipment needs. Five stars aren't enough - I'd give them ten if possible! Keep up the fantastic work, Mr. SPA!

After all is said and done 6.5 months later not 3 months! We ponder for weeks about ordering our new nail tables, tech chair and client chair from them. We did not want to give them any more business. However, after careful consideration and numerous visits to other furniture stores we could not find something similar. We decided to get from them since our OCD would’ve killed us if we had to see mismatching furniture every day for many years. We setup shipping for the furnitures but had to cancelled the delivery date 2 times since another construction company we use had their own delays as well (they were nice about it unlike Thai and his team). Set up delivery for the 3rd time well over 10 days in advance and the front desk confirmed the delivery date. The day before I decided to call and confirmed the delivery date. The front desk said they could not deliver the furniture the next day. If I did not called, I would’ve never found out! They failed to glue the granite on top of the nail tables. When I called the next day, the front desk excuse was that it was done on purpose. Yeah okay the exact nail tables that we ordered a few years ago was glue on. If you forgot it’s okay. They said they will come back to help us glue the nail tables. The way she sounded like it was our fault the nail tables were not glue to the granite. We almost had an accident and broke the granite since it was not glue on. Fast forward 3 weeks later and they still haven’t come out. I figure instead of waiting any longer I’ll go to Home Depot and buy the materials to glue it myself!
They have time to spam your phone with advertisements. “Sale! Sale! Come in for our biggest sale of the season, etc.” Instead of doing that, focus on answering your phone calls and texts since many of them goes unanswer! Many of them goes to a Google Voice number meaning that’s not even their real number!

Construction on our other side is done by someone else. This side is bigger than the side that Thai and his team did. I brought 36 boxes of tiles for Thai and his team and ended up having to purchase an additional 5 boxes. The other construction company did the floor on the bigger side and used the tiles for baseboard just like Thai and his team did. They ended having 11 boxes left unopen. Big Big difference. I’m not sure why Thai and his team used 16 more boxes on the smaller side. You tell me?
Many of the excuses and delays came at their hands since they only work 0-3 days a week and not even the whole day. Yes, that was not a typo they work 0 to 3 days a week! “Hey, something is wrong. We need more money to continue!” STAY AWAY!!!! None of the delays are their fault. Remember that! Nothing is their fault!!! Every business has their own delays and challenges. However, it’s how you handle them that separate you! I could not list all the things that went wrong. Make your own judgment after reading this review. You have been WARNED!!!
