I have had generally a nice experience with this location. Recently order some parts that were said to be delivered same day. (Parts were ordered around 4pm). Called the store at 6pm and the phone rang for 10 min. and then dropped the call. I hope these parts get here in the morning.

I've never had a bad experience at Napa. And that's over 20+ years. This location, as usual, had top notch people and top notch knowledge. I used to work at a Napa location over 20yrs ago and there's a reason people go to them religiously. They have everything and can order even more. Large stores (for the most part) and a HELL of a selection. Will always go here if I can.

A year ago i was gifted some Napa gift cards. I used one either once or twice within the same week. I’d say a few weeks go by and i go back to make a purchase with the gift cards, still doesn’t work. Mind you there’s still a balance on both, But i can’t use them at all. Apparently during that time Napa was transitioning into their now new gift cards, and discontinued the old ones. The store manager Ron took the time to help, got me situated with a new gift card and transferred the balance. It was a bit inconvenient but he went above and beyond! Appreciate it!

Great customer service! I purchased a new car battery earlier this year at this NAPA location, and unfortunately the battery became defective and would not hold a charge. However, this store honored the warranty and gave me a free replacement. Michael the salesman was very helpful while I swapped the batteries out in the parking lot. He brought out some tools and a flashlight, and stayed outside until my car successfully started. No one likes having car trouble, but NAPA made it a lot easier. Thanks!
