Dropped off 3 printers, all had different problems. Brittany gave me options on repairs which I liked. They are competitive on toner prices. I will order from them, they beat eBay & Amazon & i am helping the local community. They load & unload your vehicle. Some of my printers are heavy. Front office staff is very helpful & Professional.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! BITE THE BULLET AND BUY STRAIGHT FROM THE MANUFACTURER! So, when I first placed an order with them, they told me that they were locally owned and even gave me a candy bar with my order which was a nice touch. I am also a local business owner, so I love supporting fellow Oklahomans in business.

Fast forward two months later and not even halfway through the toner, it stops printing properly. I calibrated my printer, aligned it, ensured that all of the new updates were current, and the problem was still there. The only common denominator was the toner itself.

When I came into the store today to get them replaced, it seemed like they were going to help me at first. They put in an order to replace them, and then tried to charge me full price.

Why would I pay you to replace a defective product? Does that make sense to you? I wasn't upset about the product being defective because it happens from time to time. My business had made mistakes with customers too, but when I make a mistake, or one of my team makes a mistake, WE MAKE IT RIGHT BECAUSE I AM NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF LOSING CLIENTS.

So, thanks a lot ONYX for the poor-quality toner. Due to your defective product, I have unprofessional looking documents, and I now have to spend even more money to go directly through HP. Since you are now costing me even more money and costing me business, I am writing this review to warn everyone else about how you do business with the hope that I can save someone else from losing money too.
