Full service they do the best they can, always professional and always the right parts

Bought a starter from them early May, 2024, replaced it, brought back the old one for core. Got back in the car, tried to start it, & didnt turn over,click, or anything. Brought Chris out there to look at it. Mind you, Chris is a "good mechanic", but this time he played dumbfounded at the problem. Tells me,"man, I dont know could be ignition, maybe some bad grounds need to be cleaned?". He checks the battery, lays his hands on the fuses to see if anything clicks while I try & start it, tells me to press the clutch down hard. Nothing happens. He sais "dont know man, try & clean some wire grounds & the battery terminals". So i procede for 30 mins, nothing works. I tell them inside that nothing works. With a smile, Chris sais"We got it, we will take care of ya". I thought "that is awesome!" Been goin to thes guys for about 4 years now & they "seemed" to have done me right. 2 days later, Chris calls, tells me they got it taken care of. I ask what the damage will cost & what was wrong. He said " $335, took about 4 hours, but we charged you for 3(how considerate), needed a few fuses replaced, & wire needed to be made due to some wire melting which shorted it out". I knew that wasnt a 4 hour job. I know enough about cars & what they did. I go in & pay, ask them them to explain to me what they did. Chris walks away, Brad tells me with a firm look," you were lucky and blessed, this could have been bad". I disagree, fuses are there for a reason. They couldnt show me what they did cause it was pouring rain outside(lucky for them). So they ended up changing ONE fuse, splicing & making a small amount of wire, zip tying it back from the engine, & putting heat foil around a pipe. 4 hours? No Chris & Brad, you lied, took advantage, & ripped me off in labor as so many mechanics do! This was maybe a ONE hour job & 36 bucks in parts. Upon inspection under the hood once home, I discovered the EGR valve hose was missing. I had to find one at the house & replace. Also, a hose coming in from the air intake running to the top rear right side of the engine was disconnected! Extremely dissatisfied with their work & the price they charged. Unfortunately, they have lost my business due to this bothersome situation. A shame on how greed & lies control so many people. I Will NOT be returning there. Thank you guys for running a faithful customer off & ultimately saving me many future headaches & money.

I had a battery issue and the staff was so friendly and professional. Even though they were busy, I was helped right away and felt the price was very fair. Thank you Brad! The employees were familiar with all of the people in the shop, and I will be a return customer too.

These guys always have a wait time to get your vehicle checked on, usually two weeks or so for me. But me returning as a customer is just a testament as to how well their service is. These guys do great work.

The Auto Parts / Tire Shop was very nice and ready to go to work on my Auto as soon as they arrived. Fixed the hole in my tire and got me back on the road in a very short time period, with minimal cost. I Thank them again.
