I made an online appointment. When I received the confirmation I didn't look at the date and brought it in a day early. They were gracious enough to try and get the work done by the end of day so I wouldn't be without a vehicle for another day. Great job getting it done and greatly appreciated. I have another vehicle that needs service but scheduling is out 10 to 14 days. Everyone wants things done now, but I have great respect for them going the extra mile whenever possible, so patience is in order.

Another save from Pella Car Care. Our car had developed a noisy wheel bearing after sitting a couple weeks while we were on vacation. We got the car in the shop the morning we called; while that doesn't happen every time it was nice to get back onto the road so quick that day. I’m Joshua’s dad and I live in Texas, but I’m the one who set everything up and paid for it. They were fast friendly and fair. They quoted me a price for all of the repairs and came in under the quote. That is rare, honest people who care. They are true to their word. Car and people Care. Great customer service, great prices, and they even offer a ride if you need to drop your car off before work! (Assuming this is in town only, but that's all I needed). Will definitely use their services again if I ever need anything done with my car!

Pella Car Care is thorough , thoughtful, friendly and communicates any concerns they have.

We recently had a problem that was hampered by the part they had to replace.

The replacement part was from the otiginal supplier and came with a defect that should have been rejected before being sent out from the manufacturer.

Then Pella Car Care went to great lengths to get a part that worked, taking the risk on their part

I appreciated their many efforts to get it right and they got it done,. Even though it took more time and extra efforts to grt things done right .

We appreciate the customer care, that is the way they do things there.

In the past, I didn’t have the best experience with Pella Car Care, but I feel like over the past couple of years they have definitely improved so much. Like any business there’s always room for improvement, but they seem to be doing just that.

Brent was thorough with my SUV and found the issue with a test drive and a look at the undercarriage. I appreciated that he has the experience to feel and hear things vs just hooking it up to a computer and telling me there aren’t any codes. I would return here for his expertise for any important repairs to keep my SUV in good condition and running smoothly as long as possible.

I love getting my oil changes at Pella Car Care! They look over any concerns I have and make sure things are as they should be. I never feel stupid for mentioning something and appreciate how safe I feel knowing my vehicle is consistently looked over and maintained. Making appointments by text couldn’t be more convenient with my crazy schedule and the office staff is exceptionally friendly. If my car could talk I’m sure he would rave about going here too!
