Glad I went there for my truck bed cover - the store had about 10 choices demo'd and somebody to talk me through each. Had a great variety of products for trucks displayed and the floor help had all the answers. I also got running boards. This was for a Honda Ridgeline, they told me there was a slight upcharge because Hondas are just different. I've had 3 now, and I knew he was right. They did an excellent job and treated me well.

HORRIBLE!!!!. The staff is enexperienced, and incompetent. The owner has horrible people skills and bad attitude. I took my Truck to install a train horn, after waisted of time coming and back, taking for ever to be install, because always was something wrong, they finished it. After 7 months my truck set on fire on my driveway ‘cause the horrible electric connection have done. Proved it by Fire Department. I will never never coming back.

I shopped around a few places for want I wanted, Harold went above and beyond to put together a package for me but while doing so he allowed me to see behind the scenes and really look at the numbers with em. The entire team at the shop is great, I will definitely be bringing my other projects here as well. I'll post the finished product when I get my jeep back!

I'd go with zero stars for this "business", if i could. I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience with Pickups Plus was so bad, I have to...

I knew which Leer camper top model I wanted, so I ordering it was easy enough. when I arrived for installation, the top was so covered in pollen and dirt, it could not be reasonably inspected. A request was refused to wash or rinse the top. i cleaned it myself, revealing scratches and small gouges. A follow-up with the shop owner was met with a defensive demeanor; he never asked my input to their situation, and certainly displayed NO concern with customer satisfaction in mind. in the end, what should have been a cut-and-dried warranty resolution (re-paint by Leer) has been anything but. This business represents the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Leer itself has been equally poor in helping to resolve this matter. i would strenuously urge prospective camper top buyers to consider a different distributor.

Went in to get a leveling kit installed via appointment. Not only did the truck come out beautifully, but the staff demonstrated efficiency, integrity, and were respectful of any questions I had. The owner, Harold, made sure everything was fluent during the install and was sure to set me up with a subsequent alignment. Will be returning for further modifications.

The owner Harold is very honest with fair pricing, and good work. I have been using him for over decade to upfit me and families trucks for the farm etc.
