My first time with this business so I gave it a 4 star for now and I will keep you posted on how things work out.
Update after returning home I noticed that my suit pants were lighter than my coat and I have no idea what happened ?
So just a word of caution if you use this business, as for me I won’t be taking anything there with what Dry Cleaners are charging people for their cleaning they need to step up and take responsibility and stop making excuses.

David is awesome. Before my mother stopped driving, but still had trouble walking, David would personally come out to the car to either get what she needed dry cleaned or to bring out what she had dropped off before & was ready to pickup. Also, before my sister passed, David would help her get her laundry into the building, she was hooked up to oxygen 24/7, & then would help take it out to her car when she was done. Thank you David for all you have done ❤️

I had previously given this business an unfair negative review. I want to set things right. I brought in 2 white dress shirts. One shirt came back perfect and the other shirt had a scorch mark on it. The owner was more than happy to correct the problem and the shirt was fixed and the end result was a perfectly pressed shirt. Thank you for correcting the problem. I apologize for my harsh words and my unreasonable expectations. I was the one with the problem. I regret any harm I may have caused. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS BUSINESS TO EVERYONE. THE OWNER IS EAGER TO PLEASE AND DOES GOOD QUALITY WORK.

Evan after getting new equipment this car wash is terrible. It has always been a huge disappointment. Pressure is much lower than any other car wash I have ever used. The pre-soak doesn't work. On the soap (wash) setting it seems like hardly any soap coming out, very little suds. Then in the wax or since the equipment change I think they call it clear coat protection or something. Either way this place has NEVER once made water bead up on my vehicle. NOT ONCE! I complained to the folks in the dry cleaners who I think own it and they do refund my money, but they have never done anything about it. I try them now once or twice a year to see if anything has improved and other than new equipment then came with lower pressures., nothing has ever improved. I wish Firestone in Pleasant Hill would open their car wash back up because it always worked great. So for now the only choice in P Hill is this place or the one at HyVee Gas. So really no choice for manual wash bay car wash here.

I’ve been taking my clothing here for years and have had them do everything from cleaning to zipper replacement. Everything has been perfect and their service is great. Highly recommend.

Did not clean off the soap. I've been going here for years with no issues. Now, they lowered the water pressure, and it just leaves soap all over the car. You raise prices and lower the water? Scam.

Most reliable dry cleaners that is a non chain!! Hard to find these days, just want a fair price and good quality that I can't get from a chain, but always get for this family owned business. Always support local!
