Ive been trying to tell the female that my payments are wrong, but she was rude and wouldn't listen now my license is suspended again. How did DOT donate my civil penalties money to the juv. deliquent fund when I had other tickets but no one can tell me Ive been going in circles for the last 14yrs. THEY DON'T CARE. I swear every time I look at courts online.com there is another bogus charge I have never got a ticket for a cracked windshield cause I've never had one or a seatbelt charge cause I always have mine on but both are on there now. There's a $1200 charge for Dallas County I ask for what they said it was for the County Attorney getting me on the payment program I said Don't he get paid to do that? When I asked County Attorneys of what it was for they said it was given to DOT for Civil Fees so I asked DOT they said they didn't receive $1200 because I didn't owe that much SO WHERE'S MY MONEY?

Thomas Tolbert is an evil dude who finds pleasure and joy in ruining peoples lives. It’s actually quite sad people like him can get into a position of power and authority because he felt he never had said authority in his life so he feels he needs to bully people who are in lesser positions than himself. I called to talk about a couple forms on their website and they refused to talk to me at all about anything on their own website. The girl that answered the phone refused to give me any logical answers whatsoever. This is now the second time I've attempted to ask simple questions about any information on their website. They're purposely trying to prevent people from navigating their own website. These people work for the people of Iowa, funded by everyone's tax dollars, but when a citizen calls and gets treated with nothing but blatant disrespect it makes you question why are we funding these establishments if they wont even answer simple questions about anything related to the entity they are operating.

In November of 2018, my phone was completely destroyed and $608 (the price of the phone) was ordered in restitution. I had filled out a victims packet and sent it in as soon as possible, as $608 is a lot of money, and I wanted to receive it as soon as possible.
Fast forward 7 months to today, and I still have yet to receive a penny of restitution. I called for an update on June 3rd, and was told there has been no restitution ordered for the defendant to pay me...when I was told SEVEN MONTHS AGO, I would be getting $608 back in restitution, which I even have the voicemail stating.
I’ve been dealing with Paula, who has been so extremely rude and unhelpful. I’m curious as to why the voicemail greetings say “we’ll call you back within 24 hours” when I’ve been leaving messages for the past week and a half and was only able to be in contact with someone from calling them first. When I called Paula and explained the situation AGAIN, she said “oh, I got that voicemail”...then why haven’t I heard anything back..? The orders for my restitution were “lost in an email to the attorney”....so if I haven’t of called and checked up on the process, I know I never would have received this money. I feel like a “professional” establishment shouldn’t need coaching and reminders to do their job and pay out to someone whom is rightfully owed money.

I was treated like scum. These people are some of the most rude and nastiest people I have ever met. I was treated very unfairly and threatened over the phone when I just asked a few simple questions. I don’t have time to play games. I pray to God that our justice system can be repaired and start to work with the community not against us.
