it's almost impossible getting through to correct persons about court order inquiries; state advises contact county order is filed at (Pottawattamie); there's no Des Moines contacts for court order inquiries; certain involved parties are above the law; certain demographics are above the law; lots of corrupt residents throughout; there's other abuse besides physical (mental emotional); business agencies won't help; we won't receive help; since when is abuse acceptable; it will continue; there's no responses; 2 Timothy 3:1-5

The mental health division here is an absolute joke, and refuses to take statements about people that are actually an imminent danger unless there are two people present. Newsflash: some people do not have large families. Some people only have one advocate, which in this situation was me. My sister was horribly failed by the RUDE, UNCARING, and stand offish woman that was the clerk for the mental health division. If you do not care about mental health, please quit your job. I was referred to "Heartland Family Services" which when I called they say they only speak with law enforcement or the wretched woman that turned me away without hearing me for any pre-commitment services. My sister ended up being abused for several more days, and then arrested for "disorderly conduct" when she really just is severely mentally ill. The judge on the case saw her, saw her condition, was informed by me and adult protective services, but instead of helping a poor, sick, defenseless woman they gave her time served on a charge she should've never got in the first place as she is just in a state of crisis and needing medical attention. I was able to finally seeking a mental health commitment when she came back to Nebraska. Bottom line, don't have a mental health crisis in council bluffs. They don't care about helping people and only want to fill their jail beds.

Receptionist was very rude. I asked her a question politely and she instantly got an attitude. After she answered my question I said "thank you very much" and she got snotty and said "sure" then hung up.

Have to go into the facility to get any of the correct info you need. They dont listen when you call in or when ur in the facility. Way to fail the people.
