Based off customer service alone, not product quality, I would not recommend this company. The woman on the phone hung up on me multiple times after there was some misunderstanding concerning details on the website. I was the least bit rude and I know people who would have cursed her out for how she handled things. Unfortunately, sometimes the people who make the loudest noise get what they want. I don’t regret my patience though. The Lord knows I was kind. Lastly, the website could use some updates for clarity and enhanced communication won’t hurt.

Feedback/Response: Communication is key. If an order isn't ready before close of business, inform the customer so plans can be made. The order wasn't ready until 6:25pm. If service animals/pets aren't allowed, let the customer know upon arrival. Train all personnel of lobby rules. I was invited to sit in the lobby by one employee while another employee made animal jokes at my expense. I take COVID guidelines very seriously however no one communicated any rules or posted signage. Also, none of the employees were wearing masks. I was the only person wearing a mask inside the lobby. Customers can't follow rules if the no one communicates what they are.

As a new entrepreneurial starting out, I've used Flow Print on several occasions for different reasons. Great and fast responding customer service. Products produced on promised date. Very affordable and great quality, and they're always a promotion running.

Print Flow goes above and beyond to service consumers. I've used Print Flow every month for business prints for the past year, and I havent had a single issue. Even when I've messed orders up on my end, they are very quick with communicating any discrepancies.

I can’t say all of the staff customer service skills suck because 2 of the gentlemen Joe & Tony were very helpful. I called the shop to let them know that I was having someone pick up my tickets up & the young lady Dell answered the phone very unprofessional. Not to pleased with that. You are running business, so please be profesional!!!

Worst service ever, very unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble. Next day service was not fulfilled, went in to receive order on next day service was not ready told to come back after 4 p.m., spoke the with "owner" told me he wasn't sure if order would be ready today, then got belligerent because I expressed how I needed my order by the following day. Preferably refunded my money instead of correcting the problem. Another customer lost and I'm sure they will lose many more due to poor customer service and an attitude I don't need you, you need me.

Do yourself a favor and go to printflow! They’re amazing and so sweet and fast and affordable and you can print flyers with butts on them if you want! No judgement and beautiful people. Please support them and give them all your money!
