Tried to get a singular copy of my book done, let them know it was a rush job and I needed it asap (meaning I could wait a few days if need be). Sent them everything. After waiting hours for them to contact me they straight up said "yeah nah we can't do this, we can only do multiple copies and it wouldn't be in your time frame." When I asked why and how many copies, they just ignored me as if they had written me off as a customer. Like ? I was willing to pay? Anyway idc if they reply to this review or not. Big Ole thumbs down from me👎
