Two out of the last three of his school pictures are really bad. The last one he is in the middle of blinking and one eye is almost closed and he hadn't smiled yet. I don't think they even look at the pictures they take. We won't be buying any more from them. I'll take him somewhere else to get his yearly school picture taken. I also ordered a class picture and didn't get it!

They charge you for retakes and take the photos back that you already paid for. They make the mistake and you pay for it. Scam business, poor business morals. Highly suggest avoiding this company.

This company takes pictures at my son’s school and the pictures turned out not so good on retakes you have to still pay for original package cost me $30 and you have to return the original package even though it was paid for then pay half of original package to get new pictures. Sounds like a great scam to me why are they keeping our kids pictures not like you can use the paper again. I will not be getting pictures through the school again unless they change the photographer or the photographer stops ripping people off for money

This company takes pictures at my kids school. 2 of the children's was an absolute mess and one of them had food on their face I spent 50 bucks almost on photos to begin with when I found out their were remakes I called them. And they informed me that not only do I have to return the orginal photos but pay additional for the retakes. On their website they clam they want satisfaction but obviously they don't care about that they just want money....

Photography quality is terrible. I received my daughter’s high school volleyball pictures; the stance was poor, the lightning wasn’t good at all, they didn’t even care if her knee pads were down her ankles. The team picture was not original at all. For better sports pictures- you can’t go wrong with Hassel & Funk from Papillion.

This company came to my oldest son's school to do their pictures today. I brought in my toddler for a picture. Picked him up from the grandparents (2hour round trip) just for picture day. He cried, the photographer was not skilled in taking pictures of young children so she sent him away with a refund and no picture, "Better luck next year!" Terrible!!! Now I will have to find a REAL Photographer to take my youngest's son's picture to give to family!

My child had school pictures done by them, they were terrible. No one bothered to help a kindergartener fix her hair(it had gotten messed up on the way to school and all they had to do was fix her bow so it wasnt in the muddle of her forehead) Instead I ended up with messy hair and a scared face (she's uses to taking professional photos). I emailed the company about how bad the pictures were and I have received 1no response at all. I would not recommend them.
