I bought a bike rack from Rack Attack several years ago, and was having some issues with it. The shop was busy but Matt stopped to let us know he would help us as soon as he finished assisting his current customer. I stopped by this last weekend to check the location out and to ask a few questions. I was assisted by Alex who was great and very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. The staff at Rack Attack did a great job helping me figure out how best to meet my needs. We had a slightly more complex rack set up and were trying to figure out the best way to accommodate kayaks while maintaining the ability to rack other items. I really appreciate their thoughtful approach and help.
