*** I am updating this review. Once again have been mislead, “promised” my team store would be open. It’s literally the same items from a previous year needing to change one date.., very little work needed to reopen. I have been asking for it since June 2022 (knowing he takes a long time) and the “excuses” keep piling up as to why he hasn’t done it yet. I wanted this to be ready by Christmas hoping that 6mo would be enough time but alas NOPE. Rage already has my graphics and items on hand, which is why I tried them again. New company’s take time can cost more money to create new graphics and I am trying to do a small fund raiser for our baseball team. Not spend more with a new place of business. I’m really not sure how Matt stays in business…. Yes, he is a nice guy, tells you what you want/need to hear but from a business perspective has no clue how to run the retail/team side(store front), manage time or hire the right people or people in general.
If you don't want to have teams/small businesses/ fund raising people reach out to you for custom items then DON’T tell us NO! Don’t make empty promises on things you can’t or won’t deliver on. I really try to support local but it’s businesses like this that make it so very hard.

2020 review: I have reached out to this store on two separate occasions to have them create or supply baseball uniforms, hats, etc for our youth team. Gave them what A list of what I wanted and what we were looking for. They never called us back. Didn’t seem as all interested when I called to ask if they could or would. I guess they don’t need any extra business. We are a local team and try to support local business. They do however have a good selection of local gear which is why I didn’t give them 1 star.

So disappointed with this business! I put in an order for some custom shirts for my business in July of ‘22 and was told by Matt that they’d be done in approximately 3-4 weeks. I returned to the store at the end of that timeframe and was informed that they weren’t done. I came back to the store 4 more times throughout the following months and even talked to Matt in November ‘22 to which Matt laughed and said, “oh yeah, your order was out of sight and out of mind.” Matt then said he’d have them done the following Monday. Im finally fed up with this business and cancelled my order after waiting 4 months for my shirts and tired of being met with excuse’s as to why they weren’t finished. It’s frustrating when you try to support local businesses and they treat a fellow small business like this.

Rage Grafix is a great place to get things printed. Their artist did a great job with helping us to draw our graphic for our tanks and the tanks turned out perfect! Their storefront also have a lot of local high school gear that is already printed or embroidered with lots of variety of items to pick up immediately. I have used them a couple different times and they have not disappointed. I will definitely continue to use them.

Matt at Rage Grafix produces very high quality work in a timely and professional fashion. He is also very patient and willing to go the extra mile or more to make sure everything is just exactly right. Convenient location, easy parking, great selection. I am very pleased.

I left Rage Graphix today and I could not be more disappointed with their service. I had heard they do great things for the community and when I needed shirts done for work I thought they would be a great option. I stopped in on June 18th with 6 shirts in hand that I had pre-purchased at the mall. I asked if embroidery was something they could do. I left my 6 shirts there and was told it would be a couple weeks and they would call when they were done. The middle of July rolled around and I hadn’t heard so I gave them a call. The shirts hadn’t been started yet but I still had time before I needed them so I wasn’t too concerned. The first week of August, I still hadn’t heard so I called again and Matt wasn’t in so I asked if he could call me. No one got back to me. On September 7th, I decided to stop in. I had called earlier in the week and I hand’t received an answer. When I stopped in on the 7th, the shirts still had not been started. You can begin to understand my frustration so I asked if I should just take them somewhere else but Matt promised to have them done in two weeks and he said because it was they who messed up and dropped the ball he wouldn’t charge me. Okay, wasn’t ideal but I really needed them done and I didn’t have the time to go somewhere else... I guess I should have because on September 21, I called once again (two weeks later) and I was told they still were not done but he said they would be for sure done the following Friday. My mom has ordered and bought shirts with them in the past on multiple occasions and said she would call and see what was up. She called on Wednesday and was told the same thing that they weren’t started but that they would be done on Friday. She couldn’t believe they hadn’t even started them and Friday was 2 days away! She went to go pick them up for me on Thursday and I was going to take them some where else. I guess they are done out of house because they weren’t even there. So we said we would be there on Friday at 4:00. I got there at 3:45 and he hadn’t even left to go pick them up yet. I just started laughing. I said this is ridiculous! I also mentioned that I was going to give him a bad review so he threaten to keep the shirts that I had bought prior and bringing them to his shop. I finally got the shirts at 5:00 pm and they do look great but the stress I went through was not worth it. I did not appreciate being smirked at or talked down to and I will not be going back.

Matt and his crew are very friendly and helpful. They carry just about everything Hawkeye. They also have merchandise of some of the area high schools.

I called this company 2 different days since last week waiting for a quote for the cost and time it would take to get a very small job done. I had to call him to follow up today and the response received was not professional at all, he basically told me he didnt have time to get it done. They didnt offer me a later date or even the cost at all. Don't waste your time they don't even have the courtesy or the time to tell you they dont have time for you.

They got really good product but TERRIBLE service. Went in there to have them make shirts for me and asked that they be done a couple weeks in advance before I really needed them so I could make sure there were no spelling errors, etc... Hadn't heard from them so I called to check on them... They hadn't done a damn thing. Still said I wanted them in a week. Called a week later. Oh yea, haven't had a chance to check on them. Your event isn't for another couple weeks tho, so you don't need them yet... First of all... I am the customer - I say when I want them - not you... Soo if you are looking to get something done in a timely manner DO NOT use them... They will fail. Had the same problem twice with them. I will not be using them for any of my graphic printing needs ever again.
