Go somewhere else!!! If you need a plow or anything for snow removal. Go find a BOSS dealer. The worst installation and service. I have made numerous complaints and no one will step Up and get anything done. I have endless calls, emails to representatives and Western direct. The response we get anre AI generated. No accountability and no one wants to handle anything. Guessing they only care about big municipality trucks. Western needs to find another dealer in UTAH. Our installations come with missing bolts. Hand tight nuts. New plow came off the front of truck on first plow because cotter pins not bent over. Leaking hoses. We have had 4 trucks in this year because they stop working or lights don’t work. One is 2 yrs old, two are last year and one is brand new. When we pick up trucks that are “fixed”. We get charged $950 and 2x we have only got out of parking lot and it stops working. Horrible QC and service. Go somewhere else! Never had BOSS but we will only be purchasing from them.

I am working with Semi Service on my third project build. They have assisted in the design/fabrication/build and continued service on my equipment. I sat down with them to discuss a unique concept several years ago to build mobile Kitchen Trailers to service our Wildland Fire Fighters across the western US. The entire team from the ownership (Marty and Mike) down to the Shop (Joe Carmichael) and the fabrication team (Ryan) have been involved in bringing this project to life. They have become an invaluable partner for our organization and they continue to provide us with top notch service, support and continually work through "outside the box" thinking with our projects. I very much trust and respect the professionalism I receive at Semi Service and look forward to doing business with them into the future.

Great, experience in a bad situation. Around 20 Aug 19, my business had a breakdown in the Salt Lake City area and Semi Service Inc changed both of my trailer axels quickly and at a great price. I can't say enough about your professional, expertise, speed and quality of work. Great place to do business with. I was afraid of have a company inflate prices because of situation, but Semi Service Inc did not kick a company when it was down. Would recommend them to anyone in the area needing service.

Other than one of their aluminum welders, who is top-notch, the service department lacks attention-to-detail and performs sub-standard work. Time and time again we ask for specifics to be done, only to get our vehicles back with some work completed improperly, and other work simply forgotten. They cover the repairs to fix their mistakes, but can’t even muster an apology for the vehicle down-time caused by their negligence. They embody the definition of “too big to care”. It’s unfortunate that they’re obviously focused on quantity over quality.

We purchased a well used truck at auction for our business and brought it into Semi Service for repainting and inspection. It was a challenging job with a number of unanticipated problems. Semi Service worked through them, kept us in the loop with what was going on and did an amazing job. Our used truck for our young company looks brand new with the work that was done. I highly recommend Semi Service- these folks are real professionals and have given us a good reason to not shop around- we will be back. Work is top quality and pricing is fair.
