I’m very disappointed with the invitations I received. Don’t get me wrong the quality is great but they were not what I had asked for. I chose this invitation because I fell in love with the exterior design. And through the whole process I thought I was paying $2,195 for the design we talked about in our consultation and had asked for. Today I picked up my invitations come to find out they do not have the exterior design we had asked for. We reach out and we’re told that it was on their notes but had not been included and we would not only have to pay more but would have to wait longer for them to be completed, why they decided not to include the design I specifically asked for? I do not know. I put my trust in this shop thinking it would make this part of wedding planning less stressful only to be disappointed. I attached pictures of what I asked for and what I received. And again quality is great but this was not what I thought I was paying for.

I placed an online order (beginning of March) with RSVP Style for a product / company that is getting harder and harder to source. I understand that sometimes orders come in multiple deliveries. That's fine. Here is the caveat, partial order arrived, but did not get any email notification in regards to the rest of the order. After about 10 days, with still not reply, I began calling, and reaching out on social media and sending emails, each time indicating my order number. NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. This was going on for about 2 months. Finally, by chance someone responded to my call via text message and after two messages the conversation ended. Shortly after I received an email indicating a refund for the items I never received. Regardless of the outcome, not getting items I really wanted - the online ordering and customer service are simply AWFUL. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A NIGHTMARE TRYING TO GET ANY CONTACT OR REPLY.

This store did make it right - product is on back order. They gave me a refund - just had to call. I think system is archaic as far as notifying you when on back order. They kept their word!

I ordered from this site on the 25th of May - I should have read the reviews. Still hasn’t shipped and I have sent several emails with NO response- DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!

If I could I would leave a zero review, the quality of the work Is good, but the execution was bad. My fiancé and I had requested 100 save the dates, but only received 60 and we wouldn't have received the full order if we hadn't double checked. Working with all our other vendors for our wedding has been a breeze, this has been the worst experience so far.

The Ladies here are very friendly and professional, they also add the personal touch. Working with them set the bar for my event. Their talented design team had patience with me which I appreciate. Their prices are reasonable for the quality you get.

Great service. But be expected to pay more since they start at a base price a mark everything up.
