Am an actual jeweler and would NEVER do business with a company that uses excuses for popr products, false advertising and horrible customer service. Wholesale or not, you have zero excuse to send broken items, missing stone and improperly advertised items. Imagine you made that "mistake" on a wholesale order?!?! Good lord absolutely not. RUN...
