All they do is complain about having to do their jobs and talk about customers that just got helped. I was there an hour and that's ALL THEY DID. I didn't appreciate it. I wanted to transfer my title to someone else and the helper asked me a question and told me I should change my answer to something else or the state would hassle me . I think she was trying to help but after me rejecting her advice she then turned rude . I'm done with that facility.

The gentleman that helped me was very informative and helpful. One of the ladies there really busts her butt to get as many people through as possible. But how is that within an hour of sitting there employees just disappear into an office even though they have a facility full of people to wait on. They are so understaffed. I feel sorry for the ones that truly do work.

One of the clerks spent her time talking to somebody that she apparently knew and was a friend they talked about the high school kids what was going on in Sparta, etc. She spent 20 minutes talking about stuff that was going on in Sparta didn’t help anybody else the other clerk just was working on papers she didn’t help anybody else at all. I finally got disgusted. Walked out went to Pinckneyville was helped immediately out of there in five minutes.

The guy that works up there is terrible. Bad additude and uninformative. His additude is like he don't want to be there and you shouldn't be there either. I have had the misfortune of dealing with him multiple times with the same results everytime. GO TO THE NASHVILLE LOCATION. They are polite, helpful, and ready to do there job.

Dallas worked patiently and diligently to fix a complicated problem. He made multiple phone calls and kept his calm demeanor. Very pleasant and helpful
