Horrible experience for my first time me a (Hispanic male) with my other Hispanic friends went becuase we wanted necklaces and we found some and we also just looked around and the staff got suspicious I wonder why and they told my friend to put everything away and to leave and they are going to call security becuase we were “supposedly” stealing horrible experience I will be reaching out to corporate

Always rude staff at this location. Soon as we walked in at 7:45 the door guy runs up and says we close in 10 minutes. We said well your Google hours says 9pm...he replies with well the hours on the door say 8. Just rude every word out of his mouth all the way around. We walked out and went down the strip to another store with backpacks.

I went to Spencer’s today and was immediately greeted by Morgan and Ayana. They were very pleasant and helped me with any questions I had about the products I was browsing. Morgan helped me find a wallet and helped me grab one of the cups I had my eye on. Very positive atmosphere every time I come into Spencer’s! Just a big thanks to Morgan for making my shopping experience so great!

Spencer's used to be a really neat store to buy gag gifts, adult drinking games and other weird but cool stuff from but their inventory has really changed. It seems now it's all about over priced t-shirts. I'm not sure if it's because of the pandemic or not. The employees are really nice but there is just not as much cool stuff as there used to be.
