Went in on Saturday with my son looking for a Mother's Day gift for my wife. Saira was very helpful and attentive. She was able to help us make the perfect decision on a gift. I was also impressed that she was the only employee in the store at the moment and was able to attend to 10 customers calmly and very professional. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning for future gifts.

Disappointing Experience - Misleading Return Policy

I had a terrible experience at your store. I bought jewelry during the holidays with the understanding that I could return it for a full refund within 30 days, as clearly stated in the store display. However, when I tried to return the item due to it not being liked, I was informed of an updated policy. The staff, particularly the individual handling my case, was rude and unhelpful, insisting that they would speak to the manager, Jay.

Despite my attempt to adhere to the store's displayed policy, I was not honored, and I was asked to return later when the manager was available. This experience has led me to decide never to shop at your store again. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and customer service.

i purchased a tennis bracelet from a different location but came to this location to send my bracelet off for a repair and 2 months later i found out that my bracelet was lost and that the employee had all of my contact information incorrect so there was no communication, when i got ahold of this store they told me my bracelet couldn’t be fixed after 4 months of no contact from anyone. they’re now sending me back my bracelet and told me i had to wait another 4 months to get it back. i spent way too much money on this bracelet for this inconvenience. i should have been informed but they failed to give me any information on anything.

it’s been a while since i posted this review, the Swarovski employee stole my tennis bracelet that i brought in for a repair. i will be involving the law to get this issue resolved. NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. Went in as a first time visitor and asked the associate at the store (an older woman) if they sold any jewelry for cartilage piercings. She had a horrible attitude and responded “uh, no” in a very snarky tone while looking myself and my boyfriend up and down. I would recommend reevaluating employee training and customer service practices for a more positive experience
