I needed to duplicate very old photos plus a photo album. Some pictures were over 100 years old! I was surprised at the quality and detail of the duplicates! It literally brought tears to my eyes because I could see the faces of my family! I never knew who was in all the photos until Barry did his “magic” and the clarity was so fine I was speechless. I never expected the quality and detail of the duplicate photos to be so amazing. Barry is easy to work with; careful with the old photos; prompt with the delivery and provides visual memories that are priceless.

Barry Phipps did an incredible job digitizing my encaustic painting and producing an archival print that perfectly matches the original artwork. Capturing the texture and light reflection of wax paintings is notoriously difficult, but Barry’s expertise ensured a stunningly accurate reproduction. Barry is an artist/craftsman. He restored an oversized photo with great historical value, from 1916. It had been tightly rolled a hundred years ago...it broke into 5 pieces. He brought it back - its incredible quality. I plan on donating it to a military museum in Colorado.....They will be very impressed at how good it came out. Barry is incredibly professional, easy to talk with and is excellent at interpreting and executing what you're looking to have done.

I've worked with him twice so far – once to scan an old negative and a small photograph and make a much large printout for me, and the second time was to do a professional reproduction/photograph of an original painting I created that was too large for me to scan.

The results for both pieces were fantastic, and I will enthusiastically continue to work with him from here on out.

Barry is the Best! Very kind and caring in photographing my daughter's wedding. He took great photos and was endlessly flexible and available the whole day. He even put a lot of time into developing the collection and creating beautiful prints for us.
