Val and Bambi and crew are the best! We may not be their biggest customer but they sure treat us like we are! Orders are always there the next day if possible. They have even been know to drop one off the same day when we are in a pickle. They come out and service our problems, even when it is operator difficulty. Prices are lower than anyone in town. Customer service TOWERS above all the competition! This is what every business should aspire to be! Thanks for being awesome all the time!!!

Val is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to toner and printers. He recommended a couple of printers for us recently and they were not only economical, but the toner itself is less than half of what we were paying previously. In addition, their on-site service is incredibly fast and efficient.

I've used The Toner Place for about 7 years for my ink & toner needs. They are professional, fast and honest. I appreciate that since I'm not a whiz when it comes to technology. Thom is AWESOME!! He can come and diagnose and fix problems or tell you just to get a new one. Val has a vast knowledge of printers, scanner, ink, toner and more. They really are a one stop shop for your printer and toner needs. Most importantly.. local small business that gives back to the community and everything the sell you is made HERE in the US! They have my business for life!

I buy all my re manufactured printer in from Val at The Toner Place. If you are in Des Moines or Central Iowa and looking for printer toner, printer supplies, re-manufactured printer cartridges or any printers for sale, you should call Val at The Toner Place. They are wonderful to work with and they treat all their clients in Iowa wonderful. I recommend them!
