Gary Cullen at TNT Ford in Red Oak was amazing, he and everyone was so amazing and helpful! They helped get us a vehicle, even though our credit may not be the best! Even going in later on a Saturday they let us test drive for the rest of the weekend then helped so we could bring the car home to replace the one our insurance had to total out after my husband was hit by someone who didn't stop!! If I could give them a 6 star I would. We just started going back there these last few months after new management took over and we are so glad we did. Nick is wonderful. He is very easy to do business with & we would never take our vehicles anywhere but TNT now. They are honest because we took out Ford up there to get new pads & we got a call telling us we didn’t need any. We are so impressed & so blessed to of found honest & hard working people that work there. I will send all my friends & family to them. I highly recommend them. I just purchased a new 2024 F350 super duty. I worked at an automotive dealership for years and then been at a construction equipment dealership. I. And know what it takes about customer service and selling cars and equipment and hands down every person from both owners of T N T, Ford and sales manager, salesman, finance, people, and their delivery driver that dropped off the truck to me to test drive . down one of the best dealer experiences ever they literally do whatever it takes to get the deal done without the high pressure sales at some dealerships. Working with both Tim’s the owners, and everybody else at the dealership and everybody else at the dealership top notch people and would recommend TNT Ford to anyone. I have bought a lot of vehicles, but TNT Ford sets the bar. The customer service is second to none. They are great communicators. They are very fair and competitive on pricing. Tim and Kimberlynne were wonderful to deal with. I bought a certified pre-owned truck sight unseen with Tim's description of 9 out of 10. He was wrong. It is a 10 out of 10. It's immaculate. Not a blemish on it. I live a thousand miles away from them and can honestly say you can put all of your trust in them and your purchase from them.
