Fui a obtener una cotización sobre una alineación y un balanceo y para empezar me empezaron a discriminar y a burlarce por no saber hablar bien ingles un tipo gordo y un abuelo que trabaja ahí lo q no se imaginan es que si les entendía después el gordo me dijo que la llevara al siguiente día y le pregunte cuanto tiempo se tardaba en alinear y balancear mi troca y el dijo primero 2 hrs después de burlarce dijo 2 dias😱😱 yo creo que el pensó que le cambiaría motor y transmisión, da igual gente hispana no vayamos a este lugar lleno de gringos racistas

My truck runs a lot better after visiting Total Offroad. I purchased 2 tires, an alignment, and front end suspension/steering parts for my ‘04 F250. Everything was discussed with me before any work was completed and the technicians performed quality work in a timely manner.

The front staff is very friendly & knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. Overall, I am extremely happy with the services provided by Total Offroad and I will definitely return in the future.

I would give no stars if possible. The shop provided an estimate and the work was 2k over the estimate. When I attempted to say I no longer wanted to work completed, Donnie the manager informed me the truck was in pieces and the work had to be done. But they they had no parts to work on the truck. WHO DOES THAT At that point they took another 5 days to get the truck back to me. Never provided any removed parts so I could ensure what was replaced and I was charged for. They also rolled in a warranty for 250.00 that I did not approve and asked to be removed, which was never removed. Took the truck back for a vibration, it still has and they charged me for a tire balance for tires/wheels I purchased from that location . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FOLKS! SKETCHY SKETCHY SKETCHY!!

PART TWO! They are reopening the claim. 🙂 Your dishonestly won't hold up!! Never went over the warranty or that I was being charged for it. I asked for it to be removed and that never happened. As for the parts, you never provided the old parts that were supposedly replaced. I did not agree to rebuild the whole front end or change the lift for a better one. I wanted to lower the truck 3 inches, you told me that would need full replacement and factory parts. So you sold me a 4,.5 inch lift so it would just need a lift replacement. All of that's on you sir. You were wrong and conned me. Facts are facts. Everyone can see how unprofessional the business is by your responses. FYI, tires and wheels were always rotated. I take care of my stuff and have receipts.. What a JOKE!

Came in for some auto tint from a Groupon special. Being familiar with the process I knew to ask about upgrading to the premium tint, which prevents the heat from sunlight . Only cost a Benjamin more and the gradient, legal up front with a lil darker on sides, made for a classy look. Happy with the appearance of vehicle and staff for working with with me in a crowded show room.

Visiting from Charlotte NC for our anniversary and our Jeep JKU Rubicon developed a major rubbing metal noise. The shop tech dropped everything and found out where the noise was coming from and helped to make sure we were going to make it back to Charlotte. I can’t say enough about the help from the front desk to the tech. They worked on it for two hours and didn’t charge us anything. Talk about making you feel at home. 5 plus star rating from us. Thank you again for everything!
