5 Stars – Outstanding Service!

Total Off-road & More is a fantastic shop! My Sequoia had some serious issues—bad alignment, lots of body roll at high speeds, and just an overall terrible ride. They diagnosed the problem and installed a new rack and pinion, front lower control arms, and Bilstein shocks (front & rear). Now, she rides like a dream!

Huge shoutout to Aaron, the technician—he really knows his stuff. The customer service was top-notch, and the pricing was fair. I couldn’t be happier with the results. They’ve earned my business for life!

Highly recommend this shop for anyone needing suspension, alignment, or off-road work.

Unorganized, irresponsible liars, simply put. I dropped off my brand new 2022 Jeep Gladiator for a lift kit and wheels install. Appointment was scheduled at 9am, brought vehicle in with my own brand new 37s wheels and tires in the back of Jeep. After they did inspection of the vehicle, and never parked it inside the shop, I received a call 3h later saying someone stole your wheels. I had to drive back from Vancouver to pick up the jeep without them doing anything to it. They paid for new wheels and new tires but giving me fake dates on shipment arrival. Took 1 month to finally receive wheels and do the install. After install of lift and wheels, out of 4 rear control arms, 3 were loose which caused drive shaft and rear differential to move because the whole rear end is loose, plus TPMS light is ON. I had to park jeep at home and wait a week till they get me back in to fix their mass up. My door panel were dirty from techs in and out of jeep. They were not very apologetic for anything and gave me $300 discount which I'm thankful for but id rather have this not happen to me. They don't care for customers but say they do. I will never do business with them and tell others to stay away which is very sad but unless they change their management, employees, this will keep on happening. I understand people have flaws and make mistakes but own up to it. -1 STAR

Great customer service, helpful, friendly and informative. Both Josh and Kevin were great. My vehicle was difficult, with unforeseen issues until they started working on it and they kept in communication, and even did everything they could to get me driving off the same day.

Great service and selection. I messed up by having my winch installed by someone else. Long story these offroad wizards were able to diagnose that my winch was incorrectly wired (by the other guys), which blew blew my winch motor. 😭😭

Don't make my miatake. Go to these guys for your off-road needs!!

Josh helped me put a 3.5" lift on my truck, new wheels, and new Baja Boss tires. Very helpful all the way thru the process. I'd ask for Josh if you call, but I'd say it's better to go to the store and talk to them. They can start an account for you and keep track of all the items you're researching.
