There is absolutely no customer service after the sale with these people. I need a simple rubber hinge for the side opening window on my cap that fell apart. I went to their dealer. He wouldn't sell me the part, but he'd sell me a new window for $450.00. Not happening. I found the stamp on the glass, so I knew what company made the actual window. T.A.G. and all of its companies are local to me, so I stopped into leer to ask about buying what I need. No help at all. Statewide windows, who made the window is owned by T.A.G. I stopped in there twice and I was given the run around there as well. At the end of the day, I couldn't buy the part that I needed from the manufacturer, the window vendor, or the dealer. I found the piece of rubber hinge online for $1.02 per foot and I had to order it that way. $5.00 for enough material to fix both sides, and they gave me the run around about it. I've since taken all of the leer logos off of the cap, and I'll advise everyone Whos looking for a cap or bed cover to shop elsewhere for their truck needs.

The worst customer service ever!!! Need a replacement part but there is no way to order it, no number to call, no one ever responds to my email or the contact I made through their website.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wrong door skirt came with the topper and it has now been 1 month with no new skirt. You can try to call Leer directly but don't waste your time, you will be disconnected every time with out getting to talk to anyone. Even their dealer Radco says they can't call them, everything must be done through email and Leer doesn't even get back to them sometimes for 3+ weeks. If I'd have known this I never would have bought a Leer Topper. Will never purchase another item from them no matter how badly I need it.

One of worst experiences I ever had as a customer with a company. Ordered the Leer truck cap through a reputable dealer and when it arrived, it couldn't even be attached to the truck bed due to poor construction. Dealer took pictures and sent them to Leer explaining problem. TAG or Leer wouldn't do anything and didnt believe the dealer. They ignored the problem for 10 days and only decided to build another one after dealer complained. I needed this truck cap by July 11, 2019 for a trip and still hasn't arrived with the replacement. Horrible customer service and arrogant too!!!

I have had four pickups and four Leer toppers. My current is a 2002 Chevy with a Leer tonneau cover I bought right after I bought the truck.A couple of years back, the paint started peeling off. I checked my "Limited" lifetime warranty and this was covered and acknowledged by a rep of Leer. I could not find my original sales slip. I sent Leer a picture of the metal name plate attached to the cover, which should identify me as the original owner. That was not good enough. I guess Leer doesn't care that my peeling cover is a rolling testimony to the quality one can expect over time.

I called the number provided on this page. The lady helped me the best she could about my technical questions for the Jeep Gladiator topper. She provided me with several distributors in the area. I asked for an engineer and was forwarded to a VM. Left a detailed VM. Tech support from California was very helpful in making my decision along with a stop at a dealership. After seeing a new Sahara Jeep with the updated removable top I am intrigued to see if this will be like the Leer topper for the Jeep Gladiator. Thank you for the support! I look forward to seeing more photos of your product!

Wish i could give them less than 1 star. Bought a tonneau cover for a customer of mine. 1 week in he has issues with the way it opens and its already started breaking. Ive called in around 10 times, when i finally got a call back from the girl in customer service she was rude and short with me. Finally got ahold of a gentleman named Scott who handles RMA thru distributors and he told me to email him a copy of my invoice and a picture of the customers serial # tag. That was 4 days ago and i have yet to hear back from anyone despite numerous phone calls and email. Do yourself a favor and go buy an extang cover the people who work here are bums and treat the customers like they wont take their truck accessory business elsewhere
