In those past three years we have never had an issue with our equipment, only basic upkeep, and that is always treated as a priority. We used Coeco at a medical clinic I manage and just terminated our contract with them because of terrible service. They would take multiple days to come out to evaluate an issue, if they agreed to come at all (usually blaming the malfunction on our internet or phone company) and would not fix it unless they were contacted again with the same problem. Even upon terminating we ran into trouble - they told us our lease ended on a certain date, so we coordinated the start of the new company so we would not be charged a buyout fee for our lease with Coeco. Then in trying to return our machine they told us our lease actually ends 2 months later than previously stated, so we would have to pay the buyout fee if we wanted to avoid paying our monthly fees through the end of the contract. When I requested this buyout fee be eliminated or reduced because it was their error they told me despite it being their fault, there was nothing they could do to remove this fee. We suffered under this company for 3 years. Please do yourself a favor and avoid contracting with them.

Terrible customer service, billing department staff is dense, account manager doesn't even know how to explain why there are fees for printing on a machine we own. No customer satisfaction. If you want an unorganized company who only cares for money, choose this one.
