How do I explain it most arrogant people I have ever had to deal with not helpful did not answer my questions every time I go in there I leave angered they do not explain or help out the questions would rather get on the phone on their own personal business then help me would not return equipment when I was on time because all because the box was not all there had no solution for the problem charge me $450 for something I did not need or have a use for the big guy is very arrogant self-centered and rude I'll never go to that store again

I went to Next Generation Wireless in North Liberty to discuss phone upgrade options and Alex assisted me upgrading my plan and helped me get a new I phone 13. The phone is amazing but it does not float !! With that said, yes I lost it in the Coralville reservoir 2 days later. I called the North Liberty store and they had my old phone re activated in less than an hour and I filed an insurance claim at 8:00 Friday night and had a replacement phone in my hands Monday evening. I could not have asked for any better service. Thanks again! Dave

Went here after we received poor service from the Coralville location.Had to get my 79 year old father his first smartphone. Nick seemed very helpful but ended up getting everything wrong. Put him on the wrong plan, charged activation fee and charged him for the phone of which none of these should have been applied due to a promotion that US Cellular offered in a letter due to his phone not being compatible with the changes to 3G. It was all messed up from the beginning! Phone was shipped to the store instead of his home address. Had to contact US Cellular 3 times to get corrected! We will see if all is fixed on the next bill like they promised it would be!

This place is the best to go! I’ve been to Williamsburg, Coraville and Iowa City. They by far have the best customer service! I will not go anywhere else. I have had to many problems at the other 3 places and left the other places ready to switch companies. The other places would give me a price of my new contract and when I got the bill it was higher then quote. But not North liberty. They give you a print out of exactly what your bill will be so there’s no he said she said stuff. I’ve been to all of them and this is the only one that is helpful. People purchase your phone there! Oh and I’m pretty sure we have worked with at least 6 different people there.

Great looking store. Not sure how the service was. My wife and I are Verizon customers looking at options of possibly switching to U.S. Cellular. My wife used to have U.S. Cellular years ago, but complained the customer service on the phone and in person were HORRIBLE. She was hesitant to walk into the store, but I convinced her, because after researching, I believed they would be comparable to the service we receive now, but at a lower cost.

Our experience with this store goes like this: we walked in, no acknowledgment for 20 minutes of waiting, then walked out. The employees were all with other customers, but my expectation from ANY business is to be acknowledged with a greeting as simple as “hi” or “we’ll be with you in a moment.” Maybe the courtesy of acknowledgment is my personal preference.

I will say that an effort was made too late by a male employee, who was helping a customer via phone, ran outside after us saying we were next to be helped. Props to that guy, bumped the rating +1.

I won’t judge the company as a whole, but I will not return to that location. It was a small enough location and not busy enough to have any excuse for why we weren’t acknowledged with a “hi.” I've never had any customer service problems with Verizon over the last 9 years.

Went in to add a line and upgrade phones, not only was Annie super polite and on top of her game, she upgraded my plan and saved quite a bit of money on the phone upgrade! Would definitely recommend going to this location. Thanks Annie!
