We have been doing business with Visual Edge IT for our copier and fax needs. Aly is our rep that is always professional , courteous and knowledgeable. She is efficient in recommendations and getting quotes to you when pricing / purchasing . She checks in with you after purchase on a regular basis, to make sure all is satisfactory. The recommended equipment has been good, reliable and meets our needs. The response/repair from Visual Edge IT support has been good and timely when requested.
Visual Edge has business IT support options we have explored with Aly and Jeff Gulzow. We have not purchased any of their offerings , but what they offer seems robust and substantial to help navigate options and support your environment.

Aly Radtke at Visual Edge IT is wonderful to work with. She found us a copier/printer for a very reasonable price for our non-profit organization and then followed us with us to make sure we knew how to use it properly. Visual Edge IT then contracted with us for supplies and maintenance so we do feel well taken care of.
