Si ocupas la farmacia, te recomiendo si hablas solo español que no hagas pedidos por teléfono, ya que la máquina no los hace correctamente. Ve directamente a la farmacia. Esta mal este servicio?. Ya vi otros comentarios y definitivamente no hablar por teléfono no hay un buen servicio.

Do not order anything from them for delivery. They use door dash and when the diver dropped my order off at the wrong house they said it's not their problem.

My family and I were in Walgreens this evening for passport photos. We had a great experience with the manager Gloria, Manny and another employee. They provided the best customer service during a busy evening! They all deserve a raise! Hope to see them next time we stop in.

Poor customer service relations with the customer through the drive-thru and over the phone.
Technicians do not pay attention to prescriptions nor do they consult with the pharmacist who doesn't seem to have control of the pharmacy.

Whenever I have to pick up a prescription and deal with the pharmacist at this particular location, I have had outstanding service and professional communication. I am so happy I found this location. It truly is a fantastic staff. Great job everyone!

I just wanted to take a minute and shout out Dylan and the pharmacist Tam at the hwy173 and Sheridan location in Zion, Il. They made my family’s experience of getting our Covid and flu shots as good as getting shots can be. Dylan was friendly, made the process as swift as possible and remembered all of our names and who was who as we were working through the paperwork which made it so personable and that impressed me. Thank you to Tam for being so cheerful with the girls, I don’t think they’ll be as scared next year. Overall, quick and painless. I also wanted to add that Dylan took the time to make sure I received my coupons and brought them out to me. I really appreciated that.
